MWAN Ebonyi was inaugurated in 2002, her pioneer president was Prof. Ese Anezi-Okoro and the
current (10th) president is Dr. Ugochukwu Chinyem Madubueze (2021-2023 biennium).
Some Activities in 2021-2023 Biennium
Clothe-A-School-Child Campaign: We donated 194 School Uniforms, 249 leather sandals, 26 dozens
of stockings and 20 desk and benches to indigent children in 2 schools in rural Ebonyi.
Public Engagement: CMEs, Bi-weekly radio call-In Programs and several community engagement
programs with target groups.
Cancer Screening Programs: Screening of 2,012 women for Breast cancer and 1,105 for cervical
cancer. Establishment of MWAN Ebonyi Wellness Centre, Re-roofing her secretariat amongst other
achievements.
